Kemolo freeze dryer can be used to freeze dry fruits, vegetables, plants, soup, meat, sea food, coffee and even pet food. Why it is called freeze dry? The first difference compared with other ways of drying is the fresh food must be frozen before drying. And frozen ice will be changed into vapor and removed out of the food products continuously. This technology is called as sublimation.

To reduce the energy consumption, heat reclaim system from refrigeration and water reclaim system from defrost water is provided as option.
